Yvonne Cingarkaq Jackson
Yvonne Cing’arkaq Jackson, President/CEO, is Yup’ik from the YK Delta village of Kasigluk, AK. She started her career in workforce development as a High Growth Jobs Industry Intern with the State of Alaska, Department of Labor in 2006. Over the last 15 years, Yvonne continued her career in workforce development with Calista Corporation, Coastal Villages Region Fund, and the Association of Village Council Presidents (AVCP) where she was responsible for connecting rural Alaskans to higher education and employment opportunities.
Throughout the years, Yvonne trained many of her clients with job readiness skills, resume building, and many other soft-skills and occupational skills training courses to assist clients in achieving employability to obtain and maintain employment.

I believe that there is no limit to success, and with the technology that we have today, higher education and training opportunities can be accessed in the comfort of our homes and offices.”
Kimberly Uyang’aq Twitchell
Kimberly Uyang’aq Twitchell is a Technical Writer specializing in Professional Resume Writing, and Document Formatting.
Kimberly has worked with big organizations in rural Alaska at the Tundra Women’s Coalition (domestic violence shelter) as Shelter Manager, and as an Administrative Assistant for organizations such as Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc., Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation, and Donlin Gold, Inc.
Kimberly graduated high school from Mt. Edgecumbe High School in 2007 and is currently continuing her education with the University of Alaska Anchorage for a degree in Business Management. Kimberly is also Yup’ik from the YK Delta village of Kasigluk and is a mother of one. She enjoys summer camping, and practices the subsistence lifestyle in Anchorage, AK.
